- All products are handmade and/or personalised.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if there is an error in pricing or availability.
- Once an order has been placed, cancellations cannot be made as these items are personalised.

2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£).
- Payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal. - Prices may change without notice.

3. Shipping

- We only ship within the UK.
- Shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by postal delays.

4. Returns & Refunds
- No returns on personalised items unless there is a fault caused by us (e.g. spelling error on our part).
- If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
- Non-personalised items may be eligible for return - please contact us to discuss.

5. User Accounts
- Users may create accounts to store order history and shipping information. - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

6. Intellectual Property
All content (images, text, product designs) on this site is the property of The Handmade Hut and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
